Necessities and Duties can include but not limited to: Plates, silverware, napkins, cups, centerpieces, appetizers/ Hors D’oeuvres prepped and made in a private kitchen not regulated, cake and/or cupcakes, digital invitations, tablecloths, balloon service (discounted but additional cost), games, drink options, additional decorations requested, access to my personal rentable items, party set up (tear down for additional cost), venue rental research and booking, and other special requests.

I will have an in person consultation (free for up to 30 minutes for rough draft planning) to go over above duties and both parties (customer and business owner) will sign contract. Totals during this consultation time will only be an estimate until day of event since setting up (and break down if requested and charged for before event starts) will be utilized until event time starts. The consultation time should decrease party planning duty flat fee for research time. The more details you know you want- the better for you to save $! Helpful things to know for consultation: Overall Budget, special wish list items and ideas, allergies, specific food wanted/not wanted, flavors and colors for cake/cupcakes, Theme of event and color scheme, estimated attendance, additional invitation information: surprise?, registry, time of event, age, etc. $250 non refundable fee due at time of contract signing to secure venue date and time as well as to cover as much necessity/duties cost as possible (this fee will be deducted from final total amount).

List of details behind complete party planning:
1. Decorations- research and purchasing
2. Food- creating a menu, shopping and purchasing, prepping appetizers OR working with a local caterer.
3. Setting up- tables and chairs to fit estimated number of guests comfortably (if not all ready out and ready at venue), decorating, food and drinks into place.
4. Venue research and booking.
5. Specific necessities requested depends on type of event- invitation creation and purchasing, goodie bag research and purchasing, games research and purchasing, center pieces, and other requests wanted for the specific event.
6. Balloons- balloon services are not charged by flat rate fee time. Balloons are charged by length due to varying time to prep and set up of service (this saves you $).

Customer pays: Flat rate fee of $40 per hour for above party planning duties + purchase cost of items. Purchasing costs have many variables, such as number of estimated guests and types of appetizers, but can be best described above where cost would come from.

Depending on theme and specific requests of the event, above party planning duties can be estimated 5-12 hours for complete planning list ($200-$480).

Invoices given upon request and contain the following information: Customer name, communication platform, set up date/time/location of event, service requested, rental items added, sub total, discount if available, deposit amount if paid, and remaining balance due.

15% discount off balloon service total if added to party planning.

**Remaining balance of $80 or less can be paid on set up date**
All you have to do is show up to the event ready to party!
Rental Items​:
Color changing LED numbers/letters AND balloon Filled Mosaics available for rent.
**Letters made to order for rental and request 2-3+ week notice before event.
